What this means is that we purchase all or a very large portion of our products directly from the source. This allows us to maintain control over all aspects of the product - from quality to food safety to pricing to packaging and so on. All products imported by Fishermans Depot are regulated by the CFIA and are heavily inspected to meet the strict Canadian guidelines that all Canadians have come accustomed to.
